Guaranteed Fish

My guarantee:

If in the unlikely event that no fish are caught by anyone during a full day fishing trip, we will continue to fish until fish are caught. If still no fish are caught, then we will reschedule a half-day trip at both of our convenience. If no fish are caught on the half day either, you owe nothing. In any event, your deposit is non-refundable and necessary to cover my expenses.
I only guarantee fish when the water temperature is above 65 degrees in the shallows. In Texas, the water in most lakes is only under 65 from about November through February or March, and there is always a place to fish with warm water. Even in the extreme cold of winter, the water temperature is usually at least 70 degrees at Lake Welsh and at least 60 degrees at Lake Monticello.
So I will always guarantee fish, just not always on every lake I fish.
If you schedule a trip on a lake where the water temperature has not reached 65 degrees, you have the option to reschedule, fish a different lake, or forfeit the guarantee and fish anyway.
I recommend using my rods, reels, and tackle. I do not guarantee fish unless you use my gear.
