Registration for 2011 is Now Closed

If you would like to be put on a waiting list, please call Sherri Finley at 405-606-5021 and you will be contacted if a space becomes available.

For your registration to be complete and your spot at camp to be reserved, you must have completed:

  • The Easy Online Registration and Secure Online Payment.
    (Please email sherri if any trouble registering at sherri@fcarkcamp.com)
  • Medical form (PDF) or (Word) (must be signed and mailed or faxed in)
  • Paintball form (PDF) or (Word) (if chosen - must be signed and mailed or faxed in)
Important Dates:
  • May 1 - deadline for turning in camp application, full payment and required signed forms. 
  • May 14- deadline for full refund
    • ($50 cancellation fee after May 14th and before June 6th)
  • June 6 - $100 cancellation fee after this date
  • June 12 - camp begins, registration 2-5 pm
  • June 18 - camp ends, vacate by 11 am
Cost: $275 per camper ($255 for each additional sibling) to be mailed with application by May 1st.  This covers all meals, activities, (paintball is $15 extra each session) a camp T-shirt, insurance and crafts. Extra spending money will be needed for snacks, drinks and souvenirs at the canteen.
