The Bible says that drunkards will not go to heaven.
||And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the
Spirit, 19 speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual
songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord
|1 Corinthians 6:10
||nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will
inherit the kingdom of God.
|1 Corinthians 5:11
||But now I have written to you not to keep company with anyone named a brother,
who is sexually immoral, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a
drunkard, or an extortioner -- not even to eat with such a person.
||Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication,
uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions,
jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies,
envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell
you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice
such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
||For he will be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor
strong drink. He will also be filled with the Holy Spirit, even from his

||For to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an
example, that you should follow His steps: "Who committed no sin,
Nor was deceit found in His mouth";
||It is good neither to eat meat nor drink wine nor do anything by which your
brother stumbles or is offended or is made weak.
